- The term Image or Images includes both PDIs & Prints
- Images must be created by the Competition entrant (Member)
- Digital editing must be done by the entrant
- Entries can be single image or multi-image composites
- Previously entered Images, or edited variants thereof, can not be entered or re-entered in Club Competitions
- Maximum of two Images entries in each competition (may vary)
- Scoring will be out of 20 points per Image
- Image(s) must be uploaded in PDI format via the Competition Uploader
- Image(s) must be uploaded no later than 23:59 on Monday of the week of the competition
- Images can be monochrome or colour unless stated
- Entries must be available for inter-club competitions
- Re-formatting or mounting may be required
- Entered images may be publicly circulated via any means, including the Internet
- Images entered or being entered into other Club’s competitions are inadmissible
